JPMorgan says it has recruited a Morgan Stanley advisor with around $220 million in client assets. Torren Szuluk has joined JPMorgan Wealth Management in Miami along with client associate Shayan Jalali, according to JPMorgan.
“Torren is enthusiastic about helping clients and has created a successful practice in Miami. I’m confident that the JPMorgan Wealth Management platform will help fuel his progression and successfully support clients,” Rick Penafiel, regional director for Miami, Palm Beach and Boston at JPMorgan said in a statement.
Szuluk has been in the industry since 1995. After starting with Merrill Lynch, he has also been registered with Dean Witter Reynolds, Citigroup Global Markets, Wachovia Securities, and UBS, according to his BrokerCheck record.
