Raymond James says it has lured a pair of financial advisors from Wells Fargo, where they had $350 million in client assets.
Brandon Glasscock and Mandy Haskell have joined Raymond James Financial Services, the firm’s independent advisor channel, in Houston, aligning with Wealth Partners Alliance, a partnership of independent advisors affiliated with RJFS, according to the company. They’re joined by Sara Ferrell, registered client service associate, Raymond James says.
Glasscock joined the financial services industry in 2000 and came to Wells Fargo in 2007, according to Raymond James. Haskell has been in the industry for more than 15 years and with Wells Fargo since 2018, Raymond James says.
“Having worked at large firms for over 20 years, the natural evolution was a move to the independent space, where more flexibility and advanced tools and technology will help take our practice to the next level. I’m absolutely convinced that this transition will improve our clients’ overall experience and that’s what I am most excited about,” Glasscock said in a statement.
Wells Fargo lost several advisors to Raymond James and its affiliates in recent months.
Just over the past few weeks, a Wells Fargo advisor in Idaho managing more than $340 million joined Raymond James & Associates, the firm's employee advisor channel, as did a pair of Wells Fargo advisors collectively overseeing more than $1 billion in client assets in Utah, while a team of advisors overseeing $600 million left Wells Fargo for Steward Partners Global Advisory, an independent partnership associated with RJFS.
