eMoney Advisor says it’s now offering a personalized, hands-on onboarding program.

The Getting Started Program — which builds on the company’s existing onboarding, training and coaching services — offers new users a combination of “Core Concepts” training sessions and individual coaching on the fundamentals of eMoney’s platform, the company says in the press release. The platform covers eMoney's tools and discusses topics such as navigating the platform, optimizing data aggregation, and building and presenting a plan.

While advisors can do the Core Concepts training sessions either in a live group webinar or via on-demand video, the coaching sessions pair new users with a dedicated eMoney expert for one-on-one learning, eMoney says.

“We realize no two clients have the same exact needs or learning styles. The Getting Started Program enables us to provide personalized learning at scale and ensures our clients get the most of the eMoney platform from day one," Frank Tropiano, head of client services at eMoney Advisor, says in the press release.

By the end of 2019, eMoney had more than 70,000 users, 15,000 of whom joined that year, the company says. During the year, eMoney held 18,000 one-on-one consultative coaching calls as well as 400 trainings, according to the press release.
