Raymond James has poached another financial advisor from RBC Wealth Management, Raymond James says.

Ruth Kitzmann, along with client service associate Donna Haines, has joined Raymond James & Associates, the firm’s employee advisor broker-dealer, in Waukesha, Wis., as Kitzmann Wealth Advisory of Raymond James, according to a press release from the firm.

The team previously managed over $127 million at RBC, Raymond James says.

Kitzmann joined the industry in 1995 and came to RBC in 2004, according to her BrokerCheck profile.

RBC also lost a team of advisors in Iowa to Raymond James in October.

Raymond James has been steadily growing its advisor ranks for months. It finished the quarter ending at the end of September with 8,011 advisors, 107 more than the previous quarter.

Since then, it’s added several advisors from Wells Fargo, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and UBS. But earlier this week, LPL Financial announced that it had lured a Raymond James duo in Alabama.

RBC, meanwhile, has also added several advisors from wirehouses and other rivals in recent months. In October, the company lured several registered representatives from Merrill Lynch and UBS, as well as Stifel.
