Two more wealth management practices have joined Carson Partners, the company says.

Led by founder Tom Rush and managing partners George Davis and Adrian Elder, Yuma, Ariz.-based Yuma Investment Group has five wealth advisors in total and 10 operations personnel overseeing $350 million, with a large clientele among business owners, doctors, teachers and federal employees, according to a press release from Carson.

Rush joined Carson to tap its technology resources in a bid to grow his firm to a billion dollars in assets under management through growing its presence in the Southwest, Carson says.

Las Vegas-based Diamond Wealth Partners, led by CEO Staci Chamberlain, oversees $105 million primarily for business owners, executives and professionals, as well as retirees, according to the press release. She joined Carson in part for the financial planning support from the firm’s specialists, Carson says.

As with other advisory firms on the Carson Partners network, Rush, Davis and Elder as well as Chamberlain will maintain ownership of their firms, according to the press release.

Omaha, Neb.-based Carson, which includes Carson Partners, Carson Coaching and Carson Wealth, has been steadily adding firms to its roster this year.
