Triad Advisors Recruits $275M RIA
Triad Advisors has recruited a Washington-area RIA, Triad says.
Vienna, Va.-based Argent Bridge Advisors includes financial advisors Dianne Nolin, Cecile Hult and Eric Ashburn, who oversee $275 million, according to a press release from Atlanta-based Triad, a subsidiary of Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services.
The Argent Bridge team was previously affiliated with Spire Securities, according to BrokerCheck.
"We were drawn to Triad for its welcoming, collaborative culture and strong platform of value-added services,” Nolin, Argent Bridge’s managing partner, says in the press release. “Our client families mean the world to us, and in seeking an [independent advisory and brokerage], we focused our search on finding a firm who would work with us hand-in-hand to not only serve our clients’ current planning needs, but would support our goal of facilitating generational wealth transfers within our client families over years to come. The capabilities Triad and Ladenburg Thalmann offer will help us elevate the planning and service experience we provide to clients as we progress toward our firm’s mission and growth goals."
The companies did not disclose the terms of the deal.
Earlier this month, an independent wealth management practice overseeing $180 million moved its assets under advisement from Triad to hybrid independent broker-dealer Arkadios Capital.
Arkadios also lured two more wealth management firms collectively managing $180 million under advisement from Triad in March. But in February, a retirement plan-focused advice firm with more than $10 billion in assets under administration left an LPL Financial-affiliated firm for Triad.
