Stifel Financial has lured two advisors from rivals UBS and Oppenheimer & Co., Stifel says.

Michael Pascarella joins Stifel’s new office in Jamestown, N.Y., which is the company’s 13th in the state, according to a press release from Stifel. He previously managed $92 million at UBS, Stifel says. And Jon Uffelman joins Stifel’s new office in Birmingham, Mich., its 15th in the state, the company says in a press release. Uffelman previously oversaw $281 million at Oppenheimer, according to the press release.

“Financial advisors continue to join Stifel across our 360 private client offices because of a culture that supports them and their clients,” John Pierce, head of Stifel’s recruitment, says in the press release. “Culture is a true differentiator when advisors visit St. Louis to see our best-in-class capabilities tied to a laser focus on our financial advisors and their clients.”
